As a guy, I think the top one looks way better. Just sayin’.

yeah, guy here, top looks way better

You know what’s crazy?! That some women don’t wear makeup to impress men. Some women do it because they like it. When I wear 5 different colors on my eyes with bright ass pink lipstick I KNOW that shit ain’t cute. But you know why I do it? Because makeup is about having fun and being artistic. So if you don’t like my fabulously defined eyebrows I’m okay with that, I didn’t need your approval anyways. I just think some men really need to put their egos to the side and STOP thinking that everything women do is to impress you guys.

Yeah, because women wear high-heels because they’re SO comfortable, right?

No, women (at least me and my friends) wear heels because they’re fun to wear. Sure, they get uncomfortable, but we’re not wearing them for comfort, we’re wearing them to feel good and because we feel sexy in them.
And you’re probably gonna be like “but why do you want to look sexy? For men.”
But no. I like feeling sexy because it helps with MY confidence. It’s not about other guys, i’m already in a committed relationship, but I like feeling good about how I look. Also, even before my relationship I would wear sexy lacy underwear and bras, but NO ONE were seeing them, so why did I wear them? Certainly not because they’re comfortable. Because I feel great about myself when I’m wearing them.

This^

Here’s my two cents for the beta males that have a problem with the high heel makeup wearing ladies. Don’t date them.
Go date a girl who doesn’t wear makeup or high heels.
Write to your favorite nudie magazine and ask for less airbrushed no makeup wearing models for you to wank to
Stop telling other women what to do with their bodies
And stop believing that any expression of a women’s self is directly meant to please your prick

^ BOOM!!

Important commentary bolded.

Please can you take a few minutes to read our heartbreaking story on this Journey we are all having to take to save our mum..

My Name is Lisa Marie im aged 25 and my mum is currently battling a condition called emphysema, My Mum is only 41 years old she collapsed 5 weeks ago at home and got rushed in to the B.R.I after been in intensive care a week. They finally diagnosed her with a condition called emphysema Its a Lung disease caused from smoking, my mum has NEVER smoked in her life she has also never drank. She’s the only person in this country to have this disease from not smoking. Her lungs are failing her one is slightly working and the other is completely destroyed and she is now in need of a lung donor.

My mum has been back and forth from the doctors for 10 years they put it down to panic attacks and anxiety when she was feeling unwell for short periods of time. They also confirmed she has been too physically fit for the past 30 years for them to have detected it. My mum has gone from working 7 days a week, Attending the gym 3 nights a week and looking after 4 children. She’s gone from that to now not been able to take a few short steps without been completely breathless. Her lungs have been destroyed slowly for the past ten years.
In my eyes the NHS have completely failed my mum to the point where she now is living on borrowed time.

She was released from hospital with no answers back in April and was told she had a chest infection and a few days later she collapsed at home and was then diagnosed with emphysema. She was told on numerous occasions she would be moved to a more advanced hospital in Leeds however this never happened. a consultant paid a visit to my mum to go through her options whilst she was in intensive care and explained he would try and get her on the list for a lung transplant. she is still waiting on the answer as to whether my mum has even made the donor list or the amount of time she has left to live. we are all living in limbo at the minute with no answers what so ever from the NHS. She was also released from hospital with no medication she had to sort this out herself through her GP and went 24 hours without it.

upon the visit to the doctor she also found out whilst she was in hospital she in fact also had had pneumonia?? this is the first we had heard of this and the hospital had never informed us either? before leaving the hospital she also had to request an oxygen tank and the nurses even questioned her as to why she needed this equipment. in my eyes my mother should have had homecare put in place pending her release from hospital, i don’t believe she was physically fit enough to be at home.

There is no cure for emphysema except a lung transplant, There is however an operation called the L.R.V.S that will make her life a little bit more comfortable until she gets a transplant, the NHS will not pay for this operation as they know she will still need a lung transplant in the future. My mum was simply expected to go home and wait and more than likely die waiting.. This was not an option for us my mum does not give up or go quietly for anyone. So on Wednesday last week we rang a private hospital in London who can do the L.R.V.S operation and the next day we decided to go and see the surgeon, This operation was performed yesterday the 14/05/2012 at the Royal Brompton Hospital in London thank god she got through the operation just fine, the NHS told us she would not survive a major operation and she would more than likely die. What a joke!!

The fee in total was £27k however 20k of that went direct to the NHS hospital for the use of their equipment, how disgusting is that? the private surgeon a Mr Lim only charges £7,000 for the procedure. Because the operation was a success she can now have the L.R.V.S preformed on the other lung however she will have to pay £27k again. This is a lot of money but you can’t put a price on your life. This operation is to pop the air bubbles behind her lungs that are preventing her from breathing, this should hopefully keep her comfortable and buy her some time whilst we look for more options in finding our mum a lung donor.

We are trying to do some fundraising for a transplant so we are asking everybody to get involved and try and help us raise money towards the cost of this. We really cannot give up this fight and loose our beautiful mum, she really is one in a million. This has completely devastated my family, but we are not willing to give up just yet.. we will fight until we raise enough money to get my mum that donor.

People have been amazing we are playing around with fundraising ideas at the minute, we also have a Facebook page set up where people can donate anything as little as a pound as every penny counts, we also have an auction page where people can bid on peoples used items. This is going great at the minute and lots of people are donating household things, nail appointments cakes etc. we just need more people to get involved and help us along the way, the Telegraph and Argus are running the story this week and hopefully off the back of that we will have more donations to the cause thats so close to my heart. i would be truly lost without my mum we all would..

Please can you help us with this cause and also raise awareness on this condition, our Mother is the heart of the family she holds us all together, mother of 4 and grandmother of 3 with number four on the way..People can donate through this address savelisaslife@gmail.com
